When we took over the practice in January 2020, we planned to spend two months fully shop-fitting it for a grand reopening in late March 2020. By this point our main practice in Denne Parade was bursting at the seams due to the growth of our holistic and physical therapies. And then of course came the devastating CoronaVirus Pandemic.

We remained closed throughout 2020 and early 2021 during the lockdowns. Then when society began to return to normal tentatively opened the doors working with a number of therapists and organisations working alongside us. However as you might imagine the landscape had changed, and only now are we relaunching the practice as it was meant to be; the home of Holistic therapies in Horsham.

We're working with a number of therapists currently - either through independent relationships or who work with us at our main Total Therapy Studios practice. We are always keen to work with therapists who are looking to base their practice with us; you can read more about this on the 'work with us' page.

Our main practice is based in Denne Parade, which we opened in 2012. At this site we specialise in movement therapy, specifically Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, Massage Therapy, and others. Our team of therapists all work together to ensure optimum movement, and focus on educating our clients to ensure that they're avoiding pain and discomfort.

We're also the largest provider of Pilates classes in the South, delivering anywhere between 65 and 85 classes every week across our three studios. We also run a number of online classes to support those who can't come to the studio, and have a fully equipped Reformer and Equipment studio too!

We're proud to remain independently owned and operated, working for the community and staffed by local therapists and instructors.

In late 2023 we acquired Clockhouse Podiatry in Blackhorse Way, which for many years has supported the local community with their foothealth. Following a difficult year in 2023, we're proud to say that the practice has now returned to full operation, with a great new team in place. We're once again open five days a week and are able to support in a huge number of ways.
